Orders
How do I check the status of my order?
If you have a RoC account, simply log in and view your Order History to see the status of your order. If you do not have an account, refer to the Order Confirmation email you received when you placed your order. That email will contain a link for you to view your order status and tracking information. If you’ve lost the email, please contact Customer Service via the Contact Us page of our website.
Has my order shipped? How can I track it?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information at the email address you used during checkout. You should receive that email within 24-48 hours of placing your order. If you have not received it or are having other issues tracking your order, please contact us for assistance.
Can I modify/change my order?
Once you have placed your order, we cannot make any changes to it.
Can I cancel my online order?
It may be possible to cancel an order within one hour of submission if the order was placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM ET. If you want to cancel an online order the same day it was placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Why isn’t my code/discount working?

SHIPPING & RETURNS
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the following business day.
When will my order ship/arrive?
STANDARD SHIPPING
Most orders placed by 12 PM EST via Standard Shipping will arrive within 7-10 business days from the order’s ship date. Most Standard Shipping orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Standard shipping is free for orders over $35. For orders under $35, the cost is $7.00 and the delivery time is 7-10 business days.
2-DAY SHIPING
Most orders placed by 12 PM EST Monday – Friday via 2nd-Day Shipping will be delivered within two business days from the order’s ship date.
2 Day Shipping the cost is $12.00 and arrives in 2 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for orders that total $35 or more before taxes and after any discounts or promotions have been applied. For orders that are less than $35, there is a $7 delivery charge for standard shipping. We also offer 2-day expedited shipping for a $12 flat rate.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the United States (excludes Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.) Please note, orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 4-6 days.
Do you ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes?
We do ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. Please note orders delivered to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes may take an additional 4-6 days.
What is your return policy?
For RoC Skincare website purchases, you can return new, unused products for a full refund of the purchase price within 45 days of purchase.
Shipping costs for returns will not be reimbursed by rocskincare.com unless there was a shipping error or product damage/defect. We only accept returns for products purchased at rocskincare.com and not from other retailers.
If you purchased RoC products from one of our authorized retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Costco, CVS, Walgreens, or Ulta, please return the items to that retailer in accordance with their return policy.
To return an item purchased on rocskincare.com, please contact Customer Service via the Contact Us page to initiate the process.

How do I log in to my account?
Log into your account by clicking this log in link or the person icon in the top right of the navigation bar.
To create an account, navigate to this create an account page and fill out the required fields.
Please note: Setting up a subscription does not automatically create your account.
How do I cancel, stop, or pause my subscription?
To cancel or pause your subscription, you must log in to your account. Click Sign In at the top right of the navigation bar or visit https://www.rocskincare.com/account/login. Scroll down to “Manage Your Subscriptions” on the left side. Under the item quantity and shipment frequency, you are given the option to cancel and pause your subscription. Click on the appropriate button. Click on the reason and then hit the “Cancel Subscription” button. If you have any difficulty accessing your account, please contact Customer Service via the Contact Us page of our website.
I can’t log in to my account, and Forgot Password isn’t working; what do I do?
After you create your subscription, you must create a new customer account. You can click Sign In at the top right of the navigation bar or visit https://www.rocskincare.com/account/login. Scroll down to “Create Account” and fill out the required fields. If you are still having issues, please contact Customer Service via the Contact Us page of our website.
Can I skip a month of my subscription/change the shipment date?

RETINOL
What is retinol?
A derivative of vitamin A, retinol reduces the appearance of fine lines and deep wrinkles while complementing the skin’s natural processes to diminish the appearance of pore size. The RoC brand pioneered stabilized retinol for skincare use. It’s also the #1 dermatologist-recommend age-fighting ingredient.
What does retinol do for your skin?
Retinol works deep within the skin’s surface to reveal renewed, fresher-looking skin. As we age, the skin’s renewal process slows down, and skin can become duller. How should I start incorporating retinol in my skincare routine?
If you’re new to Retinol, we suggest slowly introducing it into your routine. We encourage you to follow the package instructions and suggest you patch-test our products in a small area first. Start with one product and apply every other day for the first two weeks. Here are some ways to make the most of its benefits:
START EARLY – Early use of Retinol products can actually help to combat the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles before they become apparent, so your skin stays looking younger and healthier.
START SLOWLY – When you start with Retinol, minor skin irritation may occur- that’s normal. So, begin with a small amount every other day for about two weeks. Then, gradually increase usage.
SLEEP ON IT – Take advantage of your skin’s night renewal process by making RoC Retinol products a part of your nighttime regimen.
STICK WITH IT – It is most important to be consistent – benefits are seen over time. Should you wish to use multiple Retinol products, we do not recommend layering products at once but can be used at different times of your day/night regimen.
Can I use retinol if I’m going to be in the sun?
Retinol products can be safely used on sunny days. A formula containing SPF will provide adequate protection from the sun’s rays.
Can someone with sensitive skin use a retinol product?
If you have concerns about skin sensitivities, we recommend conducting a patch test by applying a small amount of product to the inside of your wrist or neck overnight. If the product is well-tolerated, use it every other night for at least two weeks. After this initial period, you can gradually increase the frequency of use until you’re using it regularly in your routine.
When did RoC develop the methods needed to stabilize and package retinol in its pure and effective form?
In 1955, the RoC brand was the first to develop a pure and stabilized form of Vitamin A called Retinol, which was used to visibly reduce wrinkles.
Can you tell me the percentage of retinol in your products?
RoC uses the highest standard of pure, stabilized retinol in our Retinol Correxion products, which are known to be highly effective with clinically proven results. The exact percentage of retinol varies across our line.

What is Vitamin C?
Vitamin C is an effective antioxidant that addresses multiple skin concerns, especially dullness. Integrating Vitamin C into your skincare regimen can result in a noticeable brightening and tightening of the skin. Additionally, Vitamin C has been shown to help prevent the occurrence of dark spots and maintain skin firmness.
HYALURONIC ACID
What is Hyaluronic Acid?
Hyaluronic Acid is a naturally occurring molecule essential for skin hydration and can attract water to your skin. Your skin naturally produces Hyaluronic Acid, keeping it plump and hydrated
What does Hyaluronic Acid do for your skin?
Hyaluronic Acid replenishes hydration levels in the skin to achieve a visibly plumper, firmer complexion. Like a sponge, it locks in moisture for a visibly plump, smooth, and healthy appearance.
Can you use Hyaluronic Acid and Retinol together?
The two compounds work effectively when paired together. Hyaluronic acid is used to hydrate the skin, and retinol is used to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by stimulating collagen production. When layered together, this combination visibly boosts skin’s firmness by 1.5X and increases Hyaluronic Acid levels by 7X for visibly smoother skin.

This skin-renewing ingredient supports the rapid formation of new surface layers to re-volumize, resurface, and reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles. It works in the top layers of the skin to kickstart cell turnover to re-volumize skin and reduce the look of surface lines and wrinkles.

In what order should I apply my skincare products?
A good skincare routine usually involves a combination of cleansing, treating, moisturizing, and protecting your skin from the sun’s harmful UV rays. Your skincare routine may vary depending on your skin type and concerns, and you may also incorporate other steps such as exfoliation or eye cream. The key is to find a routine that works for you and to be consistent with it for healthy, glowing skin.
How long should I wait in between applying products?
The general rule is to wait about 1-2 minutes between applying different skincare products. This allows each product to be absorbed and prevents them from mixing on the skin, ensuring optimal effectiveness.
Are RoC products safe?
Every RoC product is scientifically crafted and tested to ensure the highest quality. Our lead scientists will investigate up to 1,000 ingredients before arriving at the ideal formula. Once the formula is crafted, it goes through rigorous testing to determine its safety and effectiveness. Our formulas are developed to deliver the highest efficacy while ensuring they are safe for use as directed. RoC conducts extensive safety, clinical, and consumer testing on every formula.
Where are your products made?
Most products are manufactured in the US from globally sourced materials and ingredients. However, Deep Wrinkle Targeted Patches are manufactured in Korea, and all serum capsules are manufactured in Italy
Are your products hypo-allergenic?
All RoC products are evaluated for hypo-allergenicity, and at present, all have passed.
Are your products non-comedogenic?
All RoC products are non-comedogenic, meaning that they are non-acne causing and do not clog pores.
Are your products gluten-free, dairy-free or soy-free?
All the ingredients we use in our products are clearly listed on the package or label using the standard industry FDA-recognized names. By reviewing the ingredients listed on our products, you can easily identify any ingredients that may be of concern to you.
Do any of your products contain parabens?
At present, all RoC products are free from parabens, except for Line Smoothing Daily Cleansing Pads. Although we are always exploring alternative preservative options for our products, we have determined that parabens are the safest choice for the products in which we currently use them. For these products, we adhere to the safe quantity limits established by scientific and regulatory entities.
Do any of your products contain artificial dyes or colors?

How do I redeem points?
Once you sign in to your rewards acount you can use your points to get discounts or special products. Each point is worth $0.05, so 200 points can get you $10 off your next $50+ purchase.
Do my points ever expire?
Points are valid for a period of 12 months based on the date they were earned.
How do I check how many points I have
Click on the account symbol in the top right corner and login to see how many points you have earned.
I just placed an order / signed up / engaged on social media but I don’t see points added to my account.
Don’t worry if you don’t seem your points right away. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for our system to update them. If you still don’t see the points after a day, please contact roc@rocskincare.com.
What happens if my order is returned or canceled?
Any points associated with a cancelled or returned order will be deducted from your account balance.
How does the receipt upload work?
Earn 1 point per dollar when you upload an RoC Skincare purchase receipt from an authorized retailer.

Does my tier ever expire?
Your current tier(like bronze or silver) is calculated based on your total spend within the last 12-month period. If you go down a tier, you will still retain your previously earned points, except in the case of account inactivity in any 12-month period.
